You don't need to have a fully defined brief before we speak. Sometimes the most useful starting point is simply understanding what is happening, what is getting in the way and what needs to change.

I provide fractional and interim operational leadership, advisory and improvement support where organisations need additional capacity, experienced judgement or an independent perspective.
